Senior Product Designer & Licensed OT Practitioner
I’m a senior product designer and a licensed occupational therapy practitioner. I spent years in clinics — assessments, environment adaptations, interventions for people who couldn’t accommodate a bad system. That work is what I bring to product design now. I can usually spot where a workflow is failing before users tell me, because I’ve worked inside systems that failed.
Right now I’m leading UX at Genesis Healthcare, applying that background to systems clinical staff actually have to use under pressure. Before that, I spent two years across three divisions at FOX Corporation — Sports, Entertainment, and News.
The tools I care most about are the ones you barely notice. They do their job and stay out of your way. I learned that in healthcare long before I learned it as a designer.

Leading design for a unified internal platform serving 44,000+ employees — including a custom AI assistant, single sign-on, and an education module that lifted training compliance by 34%.
FOX Corporation
2022 — 2024Senior Product Designer
Built a cross-divisional design system from the ground up, designed an AI-powered advertising segmentation platform used by Amazon, and shipped tools for live sports broadcasters across FOX Sports, FOX Entertainment, and Fox News.

Built the design system and component library the current platform still runs on — creating patient-facing interfaces and internal tools that cut time-on-task for clinical staff.

Led the complete redesign of Erialsoft’s fitness app — aligning three conflicting stakeholders, running mixed-methods research with 200+ users, and delivering a product that drove a 28% lift in satisfaction and led to the company’s acquisition.
